C-Dude's Awsome Vacation Adventures!

We had a great time with our nephew C-Dude this week. And it started off with a heaping helping of snow. About 16 inches for us!

All that snow was perfect for Monday's activity. Skiing! And hot Chocolate is as necessary as snow if you ask this one!

Now, they are all monkeys to be sure but I think C-Dude has got the look down best. And look at those three, princess - fairy - butterfly's, precious!

Here's a vidio of C-Dude and Lil'Bit hitting the slopes. They even made it up the Quad this week. A big step for a boy who's never been on a ski lift and a 4 year old girls who has stuck to just one trail and the magic carpet so far. I'm so proud of all three of my skiers.

The Violin Player

The main reason we decided to get a new camera. Vidio of Lil'Bit playing her violin just isn't the same without sound!

Lil'Bit is also very excited to have started learning a new song this week. Soon she'll be taking requests!

No Skiing on Monday this week. The ski club doesn't meet on holidays or during school vacation. So we worked on our upstairs all day Monday. Ahhh Pictures of Progress!

Lil'Bit felt it was necessary to wear all the gear.

We got a new camera!

We got a new camera this week! It's something we have talked about for a while now. Our old camera has had a few quirks and we think it wasn't going to last too much longer anyway. We also have wished we had sound with the video option on our old camera almost since we got it 4 years ago. We got a great deal on this one, and now when we take a video of Lil'Bit playing her violin it won't be a silent picture! YEAH!!!

Another Monday skiing. Lil'Bit and Daddy had a GREAT time yesterday. Lil'Bit is blowing us away with how fast she has caught on. See for your self~

For Christmas I joined Lil'Bit and Daddy in a ski club. So every Monday they get to hit the slopes. They are having a great time and it makes me smile and remember all the great times I had skiing with my dad. This year I'm keeping a chair warm and helping "The Bump" grow with lots of hot chocolate and snacks in the lodge.
