Ultra Sound excitement

Here's a photo of our little Bibber! He or she is doing great 4lbs as of yesterday and moving a ton. The technician who did the ultra sound remarked on all the practice breathing Bibber was doing. Healthy and strong just what we are praying for!

Lil'bit getting things done!

Lil'bit- The Big Sister, got into the action last night helping Daddy work on the baby's room. She's such a big help already, when our baby is born she'll be the best big sister ever!

Birthday, Birthday..

Birthday, Birthday

I have to say it twice because my Dad and I are just a day apart. I like to think I was his early Birthday gift! We had a little birthday dinner at our house Saturday night, and Memmer and Grampa brought C'Dude with them. Great fun!
Getting the appetizer ready for my Dad and I. 2lbs of steamers and we are the only two that like them? No Problem, YUM!
The lobster feast is ready to go. (And a steak for Hubby, who doesn't care for seafood. )

Ready to dig in!

How'd I get so lucky?

Can you see the family resemblance?

Far to many candles this year! This is my last year of being in my 20's! Yikes!

Happy Birthday to YOU

Now why didn't Grampa's cake have as many candles as mine????

Oh yeah kiddo's you sure do have big tummies...

But mine is the biggest by far these days!

The cutest birthday card from Lil'bit. If you look closely you can see that she drew the baby in my belly too.

C'dude's card wished me a Birthday fit for a princess. And yes I did feel spoiled and loved. Even better than just a princess.

C'Dude is covering his mouth because he just told me what it is that I'm unwrapping. lol, ooops!

Grampa getting his card and home made chocolate turtles from Lil'bit.

There's Memmer! She and hubby did much of the photo journalism for the night. That's why there are actually pictures of me!

Lil'bit performed a Birthday concert for Grampa and me. C'Dude introduced her and MC'ed the event.

Bravo Lil'bit!
Thank you to my family and friends for a wonderful Birthday, time together, phone calls, and cards all letting me know you were thinking of me. I'm so thankful for all your love!

The Girls came over, YEAH!

And they brought there Daddy too! While the Uncle/Daddy's worked upstairs (THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!) the girls had a great day playing together. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when we get to spend time with them! One of my all time favorite photos of D'Bug

The more times they crashed together the harder they laughed. So much fun!

Mapple Sunday

After Church on Sunday we set off to find some Maple Syrup, after all it was Maple Sunday. We bought some that had just been bottled, the jub was almost too hot to hold. And we've been enjoying it oh, so much!
We also met Aunt K for lunch and enjoyed spending a little time with her.
A Fun Family Day!

The last day skiing on the last day of winter

On the last day of skiing Lil'bit learned one more new skill.

Ice fishing, or was it ice golfing?

Daddy's and kids Ice fishing last weekend.
Daddy and Lil'Bit brought the camera and lots of little stories about the fun they had.
I had a wonderful day with some of my favorite women from Church. We went to a conference and I learned some great ways to help Lil'Bit's relationship with God grow.
They had a beautiful day to be on the ice.

This fantastic girl was pulling kids in just about every other picture.

A gaggle of kiddo's

I think she had fun!

Papa H inspecting Dad S's golf club for damage. To understand why make sure to check out the hilarious video clip at the end of this post. (I hear that his hands were slippery) I understand.

Some action at a hole.

Lil'Bit's Daddy showing his superb golfing form.

Hangin' out

It's the mailman! Also a member of our church.

Keep an eye on Papa H's hands....

Scenes of progress

For two weekends in a row these men worked on finessing our upstairs. These guys are my heroes! Only two months until our family expands and we would REALLY, REALLY, REALLY like to be living upstairs by then. With generous, hard working, skilled family like this I think it will happen! From the bottom of my heart I thank you guys. I LOVE YOU ALL!
Grampa S. in action

A little teamwork with Uncle T. and Grampa T.

And of course he's always my hero for this hard work and SOOOO much more! xoxo!

Nala's the cat climbing abilities

Little did we know that our stray cat (who adopted us) has a hidden talent. She sure can climb, and it's impressive how high up she'll go. But her technique for getting back down is just hilarious.

Pippie Long Stocking(s)

D'Bug and MagNeato came for a visit with adorable braids in their hair. The girls have been watching the original Pippie Long Stocking movie and called them "Pippie braids". Well I figured I could REALLY make them Pippie braids. Amazing what a little floral wire and pipe cleaners can do!

Views from my kitchen window

I love hanging out inside, making dinner and hot chocolate while Daddy and Lil'Bit play in the back yard. These are a few of the reason why. Such great entertainment out the kitchen window.

It may be spring but with all the snow in our yard it doesn't quite look like it yet. These pictures are a few weeks old but the snow isn't melting too fast in our well shaded yard.

Getting ready to slide off the roof of "the boat house"

Apple Crisp

Wouldn't we all like to wear a tiara while we cook? and eating apples peels like spaghetti (think lady and the tramp) now you've had a fun afternoon.

On a mission for a mattress

A few weeks back ( I have a lot of catching up to do) we took a trip to Grampa and Grama S's house to swap mattresses. I've been having a hard time getting comfortable sleeping and our mattress wasn't helping. But Hubby had a mattress at his parent's house, from his collage days that hasn't seen much use. So Lil'Bit and I headed over to meet Daddy at the airport and then hit the road for mission mattress swap!
Waiting for Daddy to land. Wish I had gotten that picture too. I wasn't thinking!

What would a trip north be without a stop in to visit Great-Grama.

In with the old...

Out with the new.

See you next time Grama and Grampa! Thank you!
